Welcome to your home. These guidelines help us provide every guest with a clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared experience. Thank you for helping us care for the home and the community during your stay. Please note that violations of these house guidelines or Airbnb policies may result in additional charges or the termination of your reservation when applicable. Check In & Check Out • Check in begins at 5:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged. • Check out is by 10:00 AM. • Early check in and late check out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors by keeping voices, music, and television at a respectful volume. Smoke Free Home • Smoking, vaping, e cigarettes, cannabis, and the use of any smoking device are not permitted anywhere inside the home, on the balcony, patio, or anywhere on the property. • This policy helps us maintain a fresh and healthy environment for every guest. Photography & Filming • Personal photography is always welcome. • Commercial photography, videography, content creation, filming, or events require prior written approval. Guests & Visitors • Maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests, including children. • Only registered guests may stay overnight. • Day visitors require prior approval. Caring for the Home • Please care for this home as though it were your own. The cleanliness you leave behind is a quiet act of kindness for the guests who arrive after you. • Please do not move furniture or décor. • If something is damaged or isn’t working properly, let us know as soon as possible so we can help. Safety & Community • Parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. • Please respect the building, shared spaces, neighbors, and all community guidelines throughout your stay. You’ll have full private access to the entire unit during your stay. You’ll also have access to the building’s shared areas needed for entry and transit (lobby/hallways/elevator). Any additional building amenities are subject to building rules and availability. Check-in is designed to be easy and self-guided so you can arrive on your schedule.
